WHAT IS IT?
A stable emollient made by combining glycerin with caprylic and capric fatty acids, usually obtained from coconut or palm-kernel oil. It is sometimes known as fractionated coconut oil or MCT oil.
ORIGIN
Naturally derived, typically from coconut or palm-kernel fatty acids combined with vegetable-derived glycerin.
BENEFITS
Helps soften and condition the skin, improves the spreadability of the formula and provides a smooth, lightweight skin feel. It also acts as a carrier for the other botanical oils in the blend.

Although it is often called fractionated coconut oil, it feels much lighter and is more resistant to oxidation than ordinary coconut oil.
