HASSLE FREE RETURNS
We're sure you'll love your purchase, but if you're not happy for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 14 days of ordering and we'll refund it. For all returns, please email info@lupito.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) which you are looking to return. Our customer service team will send you a form to include in your shipment. For hygienic reasons we can only take back unopened and unused products. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return shipping costs back to us are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
Once we have received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. You will receive an email notification letting you know your refund has been processed. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs.
LOST PARCEL
If you have experienced any issues with lost parcels or missing products from your order, we kindly ask that reach out to us via email. Please note that lost parcels should be reported within 14 days of the shipping date, and missing products must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We appreciate your understanding, as we cannot be held liable for any losses if these timelines are not followed. Thank you for your cooperation!
WRONG PRODUCT

DAMAGED PRODUCT
We take great care to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. However if you do happen to receive a damaged item, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will gladly refund or replace it. If you receive a damaged product, kindly email us at info@lupito.co.uk with a photo of the item and a description of the damage. Please keep our environment in mind, and respect that we only send out replacements if a product is damaged to the point that it is unusable.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
We retain the right to request a return of the faulty products with the consignment number on the outside of your parcel, by recorded delivery to the below address, and the products will be inspected. Once we received and inspected the products, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs, if the fault is confirmed. For assistance with the return process, please don't hesitate to contact our customer services department, who will be happy to help arrange the return of your goods.
