WHAT IS IT?
Potassium sorbate is the potassium salt of sorbic acid. It is a water-soluble preservative commonly used alongside other preservatives to provide effective, balanced protection.
ORIGIN
Nature-identical. Sorbic acid occurs naturally in certain berries, but cosmetic potassium sorbate is generally manufactured to reproduce the same chemical structure.
