WHAT IS IT?
Raspberry Seed Oil is pressed from the tiny seeds of red raspberries. It contains naturally occurring fatty acids, tocopherols and carotenoids that contribute to its nourishing and conditioning qualities.
ORIGIN
Plant-derived from the seeds of the red raspberry, Rubus idaeus. The plant is native to Europe and northern Asia and is now widely cultivated.
BENEFITS
Helps soften and smooth dry skin; supports moisture retention; forms a light protective layer; contributes antioxidant components; and gives the balm a smooth, easily spreadable texture. Anti-inflammatory properties help calm redness, sensitivity. High levels of omega-3 and omega-6 essential fatty acids lock in moisture and prevent water loss.
While it contains natural carotenoids that offer minor antioxidant support against environmental stressors, it does not replace a standard broad-spectrum sunscreen.
DID YOU KNOW?
Raspberry Seed Oil does not normally smell like fresh raspberries. Depending on how it is processed, it usually has a mild, earthy or seed-like aroma. Despite occasional online claims, it should not be presented as a sunscreen or replacement for approved UV protection.
